need help

i am having trouble with my grypon talking to my computer the truck is hard to start and there is a lot of smoke when it starts and then it goes away after the truck warms up. i am working on a 2000 7.3 that i put single shot injectors in a got my evo. upgraded to use them but it is not working just right.

How many miles have you driven since the swap?

How does it run once it starts?

Does it run fine otherwise?

What color/odor is the smoke on start-up?

How long have the injectors been in the truck?
