Regarding my upgraded programmer

Hi, my name is Ryan Walters and I have received my programmer. I have had it back in my truck now for about 1 week and a half and my truck is still throwing codes. My truck was doing that before I got it uprgraded and that was supposed to fix the problem. Please let me know if there is something else I can do to fix this issue or if you guys can do it.

What codes are coming up? Also does it have the same codes when the truck is set to stock?
