HELP!! Dead chip

I installed my phoenix the other day and when I put it in my dash I had the extra cord dangling down near my pedals and got busy before I could tuck it away. And here comes my stupidity; Later on that evening I was tired and hopped in the truck and pushed the clutch in and boom, I ripped the switch out of my dash. The switch came apart. I believe I found all the pieces and succesfully put it back together. BUT now my programs aren't working and my truck is stock. I pulled the switch apart and put it back together again, took the chip out cleaned it made sure it was good and it still won't work. Somebody PLEASE help me. I've only had the chip for 2 days and it was so awesome, but now it was like a tease. Any suggestions would be so great!
Thanks in advance

Does anyone have a schematic on the knob for the phoenix or know where I could get one or even just tell me what parts are in it?

Make sure the retainer ring is set so the knob works for the numbers 1-6 on the switch. When I put my switch in the clip fell off, I put it in 180* off and nothing worked.

I put a word in for you on the moderator's board. Dont worry, I did something similar. The first day I got my gryphon I plugged it into my computer and accidentally started the update process. I hit cancel without thinking and it corrupted the memory...That was the first time I talked to Bill. :hehe:
