I understand your disappointment, but dont despair! Call Bill and Corey today and tell them what happened and Bill should be able to reset your Gryphon back to normal!
I have actually never heard of this happening, so I am sure that Corey just put the wrong hardware in your shipping box. Also if you want a brand new one like you ordered they will most likely ship you one out for free, just because they are like that! but dont quote me on that lol :)
Like I said give them a call as soon as you can and they will fix the problem ASAP :cheesy smile:
Hope I helped!

So you bought a new programmer from PHP and it says it is locked to a vehicle? Was it still wrapped?

I bet there is some kind of programming error so dont plug it into your truck.

Go ahead and call PHP.

I'll leave a note for you in the moderator's section.
I've never heard of this happening.

This sounds like some "fast work" at Edge to me. PHP receives the programmers from Edge for resale and customization. Since PHP doesn't provide any products for Govt Motors vehicles, I have to conclude that Edge shipped a used unit to PHP. That's not cool - I expect PHP to demand that Edge makes this right.
