tuner plz help 1316 on 99s

Ok guys this topic has been brought up twice in one night when a Ts 6 pos is put on my late 99 I'm popping a p0630 and a p1316 so i posted ib powerstroke org and it happen to someone else tonight I'm getting a check engine light only when the chip is in any clues if any of you have had this happen plz help

P0630 or P0603? P0603 is absolutely NORMAL for a vehicle with a chip installed. No way around that.

The P1316 is an IDM fault code. It's a generic code for the PCM and will set any time the IDM itself sets a code. You need to dig a little deeper on the reason behind that IDM code.

I had that same code come up when I first got my chip. Come to find out it was programmed for an early 99' and mines a late 99'!!
