Will I have a problem w/10% Ethanol fuel creating a lean condition?

I was reading on another site about the 10% ethanol in the fuel creating a lean condition with vehicles that have been custom tuned. How true is this and what should I do?

It's more of an issue with "canned" tunes that it is with custom tunes. I doubt you've got anything to worry about since custom tuning for CAI kits is richer than standard canned tuning.
