Shifting issues

I will try to explain this as good as possible, I installed Phoenix 6 poss in a 2001 F35 CC Auto and all worked well, I have 40-65-80 tow 65-85 DD and WM. shifting in all modes seem to work good when lightly accelerating, When I get heavy on the throttle the shifting is abrupt between 2-3rd gear it almost bucks or shifts twice, the motor looses so many RPM's it sounds like a growl possibly wast-gate. Ive heard the sound before but only when climbing a hill hard on the throttle and then let off completely but this is very rare. It seems to happen every time not even towing just 3/4 to full throttle and when it shifts from 2nd to 3rd. I am most concerned will this hurt my trans? forgive my ignorance but does the trans shifting go from 1-2-3-OD-Lock up? or with this tune does the TC lock up in different gears? Please Help.
Thanks

It goes 1, 2, 3, TCC apply, 4th.

Under moderate/heavy acceleration it goes 1, 2, TCC apply, 3, 4.

The weird noise you hear is caused by turbo stall because of the abrupt change in engine RPM.
