Oh BOY!!

Rev Limit:

Fuel limit for RPM in "maps". You'll see it falls off early.

Depending on version of your .mdf, "parameters" will list a Max RPM of 3600. That SHOULD be changed to whatever you want as your limit. It may also be listed as "NIDES_MX" or something like that (I can't recall off hand what it is exactly) also listed at 3600.
