In your case, I'd really get only two tunes (that's what I have by the way). You want an 87 octane tune optimized for your driving (city, highway, combination?) when you're not pulling a trailer. And, I suspect Bill can make minor adjustments to that tune that will give you an 87 octane towing tune.
Your tow requirements are actually pretty minimal. You could tow
safely with just the 87 performance tune. A tow tune is really only needed once you get past the 2500# trailer weight point. Still, if you are towing for some distance, you might get slightly better performance with a tune set up especially for that situation. You do not need a "higher altitude" tune at all.
You need to talk to Bill. He may advise against a tow tune completely. PHP is not in the business of selling you things you don't need.
