We've had a couple chips that have experienced failure the first day or two they were in the truck. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing issue but out of about 50 chips, we've had 4 or 5 that experienced similar symptoms. The solution is replacement of the offending chip.
Not sure who this is but we may have already taken care of this. If yo have a chance, please fill in the control panel information so we know who's who.
