I did delete the install directory before re-installing - if you don't, it leaves behind version.txt, and then you can't get an update (Bill - you might want to look at fixing that too).
But, because it's now doing the same thing on my XP laptop, and my Vista64 desktop, I don't think it's anything on my side - I suspect the activation server will need to be reset or something like that. The Vista64 machine never had Phoenix Flash on it before this morning, while the XP laptop did.
I don't want to do System Restore, as I may have installed something else that I don't want to lose.
I suspect that Bill will just need to let me activate again to the server, but then we'll be back to the Error 13 problem... We'll wait for Bill.
