Sure - the 838.2 is your tire's
diameter in millimeters. You need the circumference, so multiply that by pi, which gives you 2633.3 mm. But then, deduct some for "squish" (often about 3%) so multiply by 0.97 and you'll have 2554 mm, which is the size I'd try.
