Glad to have you with us!
I'm assuming that you're looking for some more pulling power. The question is, "How much do you want to spend?"
Simple (and inexpensive) modifications would include:
Chips/Programmers
Downpipe/Exhaust
Cold Air Intake
More involved (and more expensive) mods:
Modified Injectors
Fuel System upgrade
High Pressure Oil System
Turbo replacement/upgrade
All of these have merits and will depend on what you're looking to achieve form the vehicle.
If you want a solid tow rig (which I'm guessing is the case) and not looking to spend heaps of cash (which is ALWAYS the case), a chip, intake and exhaust are a really good place to start. The chip will provide a healthy performance increase while the intake and exhaust help the engine breathe better and keep EGTs manageable.
I hope this is helpful.
