I suspect not, especially if the Gryphon has custom tunes.
But, I can't see the harm in trying. Take the Gryphon off your truck AFTER
returning your truck to stock and plug it in to the T-bird with the ignition turned ON (engine off). If the unit boots, I'd say you have a fair chance of retrieving the codes.
