Since 1993, I have always had at least two trucks, one being a '73 F-100 2wd that I ran the wheels off of. It just always seemed to me that having a 4wd truck meant that I had to keep it in operable condition at all times (ulititarian vehicle). The 2wd has always just been a fun vehicle that was good for stress relief. I have since parked the '73 for a while....I just lost interest (sold the engine anyway and didn't want to waste any more time on a gasser).
This truck is no different as it is fun and very easy to drive. However, I am bored with the power now. It's quick, but it's not as "WOW!" as it was the first time I drove it. Funny thing is, I never got bored with the power of the '73 and it made a whopping 235 HP with a stock-ish 460. This truck is heavier....and is likely in the 290-310 range right now.
