We can get you a few more horsepower depending on what year the truck is, but the 250/350 platforms aren't going to make as much power as the newer F150's do.

If you're looking for fuel economy.....
You MAY see an increase of 1-1.5 MPG, but it's really going to depend on driving habits and the truck itself. Some don't see any gains, others are minimal.
