All of it will still act like stock.

If your exhaust backpressure valve is still closing even when your engine is hot (warm won't cut it in the winter), then your truck has problems. Either make a longer trip to work or just unplug the backpressure valve.

It can be fixed in the tuning though. However, just unplugging the valve works for most people. It doesn't really do much of anything as far as warm-up times are concerned anyway....especially on a 95-97 that doesn't "idle-up" when cold.
