I would imagine that you could call one of the 5.0 tuners and ask what they can do for trucks, Try Justin at VMP tuning, He tunes a lot of mustangs, but not only mustangs from what I can tell. Let us know what you find.
Other than that I would try edge or do a quick google search and see what you can find. You could call Bill and see if he knows anyone.
