Also, I took it to work and tried it and seemed to get a little closer. I remember going through the part about installing the 2 drivers, but this didnt happen on my home computer. Still when I tried to update/ target, it stated Unable to locate a Target Instruction file. It said something about server maint or updating files |
The best version of windows to run pegasus on is XP.
If you are using windows vista disable the UAC.
If you are using vista, 64 php is trying to resolve issues with it. Try finding a computer with the other 2 choices.
