In the User Control Panel, select Edit Signature. Fill in your signature information. In order to include a picture in your signature, it must be hosted offsite. Signatures do not allow "uploaded" pictures. Just click on the image button above the signature edit window (
)and enter a link to a hosted picture. This will embed the picture into your signature.
