Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled)
Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip.

If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here.

Default Lope idle

Hi everyone, I just installed Casserly Stage 1 single shots and updated tunes from Bill. The trucke runs and idles fine when cold, but when warm has a lopey idle. Since the install I have driven about 200 miles to make sure all the air is out of the rails. I briefly spoke to Bill yesterday and he mentioned that he would like to see some live data. I have AE, but do not know what parameters to record and send him to look over. I guess two logs 1 cold and 1 warm would be good. Also if you can walk me through the process of setting up the log that would be great.

You will want to datalog IPR Duty Cycle, Injection Control Pressure PSI, Mass Fuel Desired, and RPM.

Set up the 4-graph or Live Data grid, set your sensor input range (configure active sensor) at the bottom of the drop down sensor menu.

IPR Duty cycle - 4% to 100%
Injection control pressure - 450 PSI to 3000 PSI
Mass Fuel Desired - 0 to 100
RPM - 0 to 3000

Use the "Data Logging" tab at the top and press "record" while it's doing it's thing.

Then when you're done, you can save it and then email it.

See page 61 of the manual in the "help" tab on the top.
