Newbee From Oklahoma land of the lost
Hello, I just purchased a CS model for my 2003 F 150 5.4L 4x4. Since I bought the truck the only thing I have done to it has been a cold air intake and normal maint. I purchased the unit to help improve the gas milage and pep up the 5.4L. Its not that the truck runs bad because it frankly has been the best vehicle I have ever owned (besides my 66 Mustang Conv.) it just seems to be missing some power and hear other talk of getting 16+ mpg as normal and I am stuck at the 14.5 to 15 in town or on the highway. I run mid grade non-e fuel all the time and just dont understand why my mileage is soo different than friends with the same make model as myself. So here I am looking for some HP gains and maybe some MPG on the highway.

Welcome! I think you've came to the right place.
My dad had a 65 Mustang convertible, that was sold long before my time though. The Mustang in my signature is older than me!
