Default Glow plugs not turning off.

Why do my glow plugs/wait to start not turn off when on any tune but 00? Programming issue or bad connection?

What does your PCM sticker say and what calibrations did you use?

Have you done work to the vehicle lately?

2002/2003 Auto with federal emissions (49 state) would be VDH2.
