Default Custom Tunes

I am planning on ordering a Gryphon programmer for my 2008 f150 4.6L. I am hoping to get improved performance for towing a 5500# trailer. The truck is stock and I was unsure if custom tunes will improve performance on a stock truck or if the canned tunes are all I need.

Thanks,
Jeff

There are quite a few people that have stock trucks, or almost stock trucks (only the Gott's mod), and they all have reported better performance with the custom. the main difference in a custom tune is that Bill changes it to fit your driving style, and your area where you drive it the most... so my tunes are written to my more aggressive style at 7,000ish feet above sea level. Hope that helps!

Coming from someone who has a 2008 4.6L that is too cheap to buy high octane fuel, yes, the custom tunes are worth getting.
