Default Hitting Rev Limiter

What did I do wrong?

It will hit the limiter between shifts, only when wide open. Does not seem like it is the trans slipping, just wont shift.

Do you have the WOT shift parameters set too high? RPM Anticipated shifts?

WOT shifting is set for 3400 rpm, fuel limit should not really come in till around 3600ish.

I cannot find anything labeled "RPM Anticipated shifts", I did find RPM Maximum to Predict Upshifts - which is set to 1000 RPM.

Just wondering if you came up with anything on this. Mines doing the same thing, kind of like it shifts too softly for stage IIs and lets it over rev. Seems like the shits need to be harder and faster. This is a tune I got from Bill for the IIs so Im assuming anything the has to due with it engine wise should be pretty good and some tranny tuning should take care of it. I messed with some stuff a little but would like some guidance before I go too far. Any tips would be appreciative.
Thanks
John

Is the shift happening, but not holding?

If so try decreasing the Target Slip Time, or increasing the Trans. TV Pressure, or both for that particular shift.

It defiantly seems like it tries to shift.

I couldn't find the target slip time, I read that in another post but couldn't find it. I did raise the TV pressure and it helped a little on the 1-2 shift but it still isn't right.

The over run will increase as power increases, with Stage II's shoot for about -350/400 rpm from your actual target RPM. Also rev limiter will go the other way so add rpm to your target point. If you want 3600 input 3900 or so..... hope this helps.
