status question

Not trying to rush anyone but i was just on the site and was looking at the list of names for the ficm order status and notice that my name disappeared off the list. just wondering if i missed something since i never saw an email or recieved a phone call. last time i was on the website (at least a week ago) i was toward the top but not yet red. again i am not trying to rush or hurry anything just wondering if it went into my junkmail and was deleted by my email provider before i saw it. My name is Brian Thompson and the order was placed on july 4th. thanks for the help.
