Did you use the Targeted Functions? This is the method to download ALL custom tunes. Using Gryphon Update Manager will download stock, canned tuning only.
Also make sure you are running the latest version of Pegasus. The current version is 2.01.0594, although there is an update tomorrow that changes version to 2.01.0605. Older versions of Pegasus are not compatible with the new download structure. - On Edit... Based on server information, you do appear to have the latest version of Pegasus installed. I check the download logs and it shows that you did, in fact, use the Gryphon Update Manager to update your unit. This method does not download custom calibrations and actually informs you during the download that this method will overwrite and eliminate any custom tuning when downloaded. It's possible that you may have missed this. In any event, please be sure to use the [Updates] -> [Targeted Functions] in order to download you custom updates. This should get you going again.
