Fuel pump pain
I was removing my fuel pump and everything seemed to be going fine. Fuel bowl came out fine and in the process of removing the fuel pump it wouldn't budge. It wiggled a little bit but wouldn't come fully out. So I applied even pressure to both sides and then boom it came off. But without the lower half from the o-ring down, it was left in the block. I was WTF and kinda paniced. I went to the tool box and found my most trusted set of tools in the box, dental pics. The o-ring was visible and I tried to move it. The metal around the plunger moved down and I got some needle nose pliers to hold the plunger. With more motivation with the dental pic, the o-ring finally came out and then the rest of the parts came out. I got real lucky on this one. On a side note make sure the ecentric on the cam is in the up position so you don't loose the plunger.

A veteran is someone who, at one point in one's life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America', for an amount of 'up to and including my life'. That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author Unknown
