As you can see I have the same truck as you... well basically
 , same motor at least  .I would say do them all! As of right now I have the Gotts mod with a drop in K&N and a catback exhaust, but some day I will get the efans and the UDPs in the future but I dont have the $$ right now :/ If you are wondering between the CS and the CTS they do the same things except the CTS can have a backup camera and its bigger... oh and it's touch screen. So if that is worth it to you then go for the CTS, if not then the CS will work just fine
