stechmr is on a distinguished road
Default Hello from Northern Illinois

I purchased a 1999 F250 7.3 PSD August 2011 with 155K mileage. By far the best purchase I've ever made! It's completely stock mechanically. I have been toying with putting a chip in it but nervous that it would be more "ware and tear" than it's worth (need to be educated on the pros and cons). I currently drive approx 100 miles a day for work (back country roads at 60 mph average) and I'm interested in better acceleration and shifting as well as better MPG (currently getting around 16.5 to 18). I pull a very light fishing boat regularly but looking to purchase a travel trailer (25ft to 30ft). I very excited to be a part of this forum as I read extensively about the company (PHP) and I feel I can trust any recommendations I'm given. I look forward to reading and posting in the forum and to become a customer of PHP.
