I installed Phoenix Flash onto my computer following the step by step instructions supplied. When I get to the next page, I see, "The supplied USB drivers are not compatible with 64 Bit versions of Windows XP or Vista."
I found the Vista 64 USB Driver Installer in the customer support section of the website and installed it. I got on PF, activated my account and it and every seems to work as it should except my status is "Disconnected." I have checked all connections and rechecked the driver install and it says that the driver is installed, up-to-date, and ready to use. I then installed PF on an older 32 bit computer and when I tried to activate I got "This software has already been activated." What can I do to get this thing going?
