Will my old tunes work with a "new" Gryphon?

Here's the deal...... I purchased a Gryphon last year around this time and ordered custom tunes for it. Unfortunately due to some unexpected events I had to sell it a few months ago and now that things are a bit better for me I'm considering buying a used one. Will my old tunes work with the new Gryphon? I understand they won't work right away since the serial numbers will be different. I'm just asking if will I have to purchase new custom tunes or can the serial number be changed for a fee? My truck is an '08 F150 5.4L if that matters.
