Question about Gryphon and Dealerships clearing codes

Hey guys

I had my truck in for service at a local dealership a few months ago to fix an issue where the spark plug blew out of the block. The dealer cleared the codes and i'm wondering if there is a chance that they could have returned the trucks computer back to stock? Will i need to reupload my maps to the gryphon and then reload them back into the truck?
