"boot Mode"
Just bought a hydra tuner for my 96 ford powerstroke, i have pulled the PCM cleaned it and put it back in the truck, i was starting to tune it and everytime i try to plug the chip in to the computer i get a boot mode or the truck is in the ON position, i got fed up and undid the chip out of the PCM and now its on the table and it still has the same problems!! i have no idea what i am doing at this point in time, Thank you.
