The Targeted Update worked... I got this message: "Targetted Processes have completed successfully."

But now my Gryphon screen reads "Connecting to Bridge. Please wait..." It's been that way for about 2 hours - I'm afraid to unplug it.

I left a msg with Bill, but I know they have a lot on their plate - has anyone else dealt with this that can let me know what to do?

Until then, I'll just drive my Ex around on stock.
You're good to go!

Simply unplug the Gryphon from your PC, take it to your truck, turn the ignition to ON, and plug the Gryphon in. Things should be fine.

The "bridge" message is an artifact of the earlier versions of the Gryphon. If you get any "warning" notices like I did when I plugged mine into the truck, just hit [Enter] to get past them and have fun. With my Gryphon, you have to get past three warnings after an update and then it stops bothering you.

Let us know what happens, please! (And I take full responsibility for the advice I'm giving you - if things go wrong, it's my fault and I pay the bill, for Bill to fix things).

(Dang! Lars beat me to it again! These youngin's are sure fast!)

Thanks guys - it worked perfectly! The Ex is now operating on the custom tune set vs the canned tunes.

Thanks for your help. I thought I was pretty happy with the Level2 tune... until I started running around on the 80HP tune...

My truck is faster, snappier, the shifting is better, the mileage is better, etc. The only danger, of course, is that I start lusting after more power...

And how can ANYONE be happy driving around their truck on the stock programming? I had to do that for a day until you guys set me straight...
