Welcome!
I just recently got my programmer (upgrade) and custom tunes. Mine was sent in at a bad time, as Corey had surgery, but still everything went pretty smoothly, and I had it back in just over a month, maybe 5 weeks. Of course, timing may change depending upon what other orders and events are scheduled, but it's worth the wait.
