It's kinda of a thing that scares the pants off of you? Isn't it?
Every once in awhile it occours while programming to level 2. You did the right thing by shutting off and restarting it. It probably won't ever happen again unless the pedal switch goes bad or throttle body switch goes out. Lars

I've had customers say that they've seen it happen on occasion after changing levels. After they shut the key off and restart, it doesn't happen again. That one still baffles me a bit.

well i made a store run after i posted this... after shutting down and restarting twice it came back almost 1 minute into starting the car and putting into drive. should i try running in mode 1 (tranny only) or 3 (perf) and seeing if it changes? or should i try reinstalling my stock intake?

It is definitely related to the intake. You should be able to get by on the trans only tune, but you'd honestly see better performance putting the stocker on for now and running level 2 or 3.
