It is definitely related to the intake. You should be able to get by on the trans only tune, but you'd honestly see better performance putting the stocker on for now and running level 2 or 3.

so i switched back to the stock intake and all codes cleared... no P2106 errors i guess i'll just wait until my custome tunes are ready before i pop the cai back on.
