As I recall, this has something to do with a low (or maybe disconnected) battery.
When you reconnected the battery, did you turn the ignition ON before plugging the Gryphon into the OBD port? If not, it did not initialize properly. Do it now. Unplug the Gryphon, turn the ignition ON and plug it back in. Regardless though, if the Gryphon seems to be working fine otherwise, I think the "hit enter" warning will go away after about three startups. (And I just realized that Lars already said to try the "disconnect" procedure - Oh well, it doesn't hurt to repeat it). - Jack |

Ok so i got the new alternator on but i didnt notice that advance sent me with an 8 groove pulley instead of the 6
is this a bad thing?

That pulley will have to be changed!
So call em up and tell them you got the wrong one or see what they have to say. 9 times outa 10 the connectors will be different also. But if they tell you to swap pulleys then that's what needs to be done. But first pick up the phone and do some questioning. You'll end up buying a belt toooo!!!! Lars
