I just removed my chip... Fueled up today and decided I would try and get a baseline Stock MPG.... will take a week or two till I fuel up again. my Excursion had a superchip gold in it when I bought it so I have never ran a full tank stock till now... Ill let ya know what the result is

I have to retract my statement on my gears. I had my Explorer on my mind when I said 3.73's. I have 3.55's in my truck, sorry for the misinformation.

You could have ordered with them with some haggle. I know a guy here that has owned his since new and it has 3.73's and he told the dealer either it came with them or no deal. His is a gasser so I am not sure if that made any difference.

Instead of making a new thread i thought i would try this first since its fuel mileage. If i have the cruise control set on 65 what tune would give the best fuel mileage? it is relatively flat ground maybe rise and drop 100 feet.
