i've done some searching of the posts, but nothing comes up for V6 or 4.2L... am i just out of luck?

If your wanting them to tune it I'm pretty sure they can. The V6 isn't the most popular but I have seen some articles on here about them. And like Groovy Chick said, just ask and you'll find someone who knows about it or at least enough to help.
