DAMN IT!!
That really sucks Dave. Hey, I'll email you some stuff when I get a chance. I'm not "batchin' " it tonight (wife's been gone 2 nights) so I may not get right to it. If'n you need something let me know. I have some spare parts.

Well if I am gonna rebuild it it will get all the goodies, I am not gonna have this happen again. Just might take awhile to get the funds, and probably going to have to sell some stuff.
![]() Might have to be a quitter and get someting else. |

I want to thank Bill for his call regarding my engine! It was 2:30 AM his time and he offered to analyze my current and not so current programming.
All I can say is WOW , you guys rock! I am so glad people like Bill, Corey, and Cody still exist in the world today, people who are willing to help out strangers without thinking twice.......my hats off to you. Now get some sleep

Well the good news is that tuning doesn't seem to have contributed to the failure. Don't know what exactly failed yet, but makes me feel better knowing it wasn't the programing.
Thank you Bill for helping out, and for all your cool computer programs! |

Got her in the shop tonight to warm up, and will be pulling the engine tomorrow.
Here's a few pic's......... ![]() ![]() ![]() After looking through the hole in the block it looks like the #2 rod broke right below the wrist pin, and is still strait and bolted to the crank....... |
