The thing that gets me is the XC3F-BA.
According to Bill's literature, there is no suffix of "BA" for the prefix of "XC3F". Just "BB-BG" which translate into NVK0-NVK5.

Well the scanner did not work. It would link and when you go to vehicle info it says this is not supported. it says no codes stored and like2 monitors were working. When i pulled the carfax the the truck was a program car.

Where are you located?
I can send you a PCM that will allow you to drive your truck while you send your PCM to PHP so Bill can know EXACTLY what the calibration code is. Up to this point, there is nothing that anyone can do since your PCM calibration code is unknown.
