| Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled) Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip. If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here. |

I am considering selling my stock combo trailer and moving up to one with living quarters. I'm thinking the additional hp in a tow setting will better handle a heavier static load. Do you think having 25, 40, and 80 is needed...or should I just have a 40 and 80. I don't have much trouble at all with exhaust temps on the 25hp setting. I've got a modified intake and exhaust.
I haven't looked at PHP's policies regarding changing tunes...is there a cost to prior customers? Thanks for all your help GooseNGo |

I'm pretty sure they just burn new programs onto your chip. I don't think there's a charge for reburns. The only drawback is the turn-around time.
If you aren't having any trouble with the 25 HP, you may be ok with just the 40 and 80.
