I do realize that, but this forum is a secondary source for contact info for PHP.....

I know it may be a PIA to do but I was just asking if you could complete it.....no one else will be able to see or use the info except PHP.

My calibration update was received and has been installed. We'll see how things go. Thanks to everyone (especially Bill) for working towards resolving this.

If there is an update for this how will I know? I have a ticket in but have not heard anything there. Will an email be sent if my calibration has an update or do I have to keep checking the ticket and this forum?

Bill will email you with confirmation once your calibration update is available. Maybe contact them directly if you don't see anything w/in a few weeks.

Has there been any progress with fixing this problem? I have replied to my ticket but have not gotten any response.
