Thanks guys, I haven't put anything but 87 in my truck since getting my gryphon...I was just wondering. I see everyone commenting about increasing for 93 with a level 3 tune (because of 91)....I just didn't know if it was the same thing with the level 2 87 tune. The programmer book said for for the 87 performance tune, that running that tune with 89 would be an improvement (in so many words not exactly quoted)....I just didn't realize you had to adjust the timing. Since I am not really a mechanic and I'm not afraid to take on the cavemen stuff (turning some bolts), like in the ole days...i'm 58, but with all this computer stuff ..it can get scary! I for one won't be doing my own tune ups and I don't mind giving my cash to Bill to do that for me!
