Typically 4 to 6 weeks depending on work load, but could be less. Look at your order invoice and there is a box with an estimated completion date.

Hi, I'm new to the Forum...

I placed a order via PHP website for my SCT x3 on 12 Sept and never received a invoice. My credit card was charged, but have not heard/received anything from PHP. I am unable to call during phone hours due to my work schedule...I did email a week or so ago, but haven't heard anything back. I don't want to rush perfection, but after reading this post, I have become concerned about not receiving a invoice or any confirmation on my order other than credit card being charged. Any advice? Thanks

AND

Start a thread here>>> http://forum.gopowerhungry.com/give-...-ecm-tcm-code/

Please provide all the info as requested....thank-you

The other issue Bill had with my sct tunes is that he had to seperatly email each file....I'll leave a note for php also....

88, i just received my new Gryphon CS, my ford mechanic buddy and i changed/reflashed my truck for my new tire size (from 275/65R18 to 305/65R18)... does that need to be changed back before i install the Gryphon CS?
anxious to install but don't wanna screw anything up...
Thanks

What is on the order form is what gets put in the tuning.
We use the hex code page to see who is ready for the custom calibrations to be built. At that point, the invoice is finalized and then put on Bill's desk or emailed to me.
