No, we don't actually "talk" to Bill (except once in a great while). I've left a note for him in the Moderator's forum in a thread we have for things like this.

Look my friends i know you have a lot of work but january almost past and nothing happen.

I think Bill need to put more friends to fix the downloads for customers,in that way you gonna have more customers insted of loose them.

Please i need the programmer functioning as soon is posible because i need to return it to stock.
