Phoenix Switch-On-The-Fly Chip (DISCOUNTINUED) (Disabled) Power Hungry no longer sells the Phoenix/TS chip, but if you need custom tuning we can recommend a few really good tuners that will be able to still provide tuning and support for your chip. If you have any other questions or comments about the Phoenix/TS chip, please post it here. |

I had a DP 80hp tune installed on my pcm. I didn't like the sensitive throttle. I found myself trying to control the pedal with my toes which got sore . ![]()

As for my PHP vs Other tunes, the PHP tunes are much more driveable. The throttle is much better, and acceleration feels more... solid. If that makes sense. It feels much stronger when accelerating. Before it accelerated like a car. Now it accelerates like a truck. In a good way. It feels like it has some weight behind it. So far I have to give the trophy for shifting to the other tuner though. Maybe it will just take time to get used to. Quote:

I'm not flaming them just giving my review of their product. It would of been nice to see more reviews before spending money on them. Dp tuner is a sponsor on most of the diesel forums and a lot of opinions about their product get ![]() ![]()
