The Conversation Pit
This is where EVERYTHING else goes. No subject is too mundane. How's the weather in your area? Did your kid cut his first tooth? Really, what do you think about the President? And don't get me started on Cummins and Duramaxes. Have at it!

Very Lucky!
The one advantage you have is that this snow won't stick around long.
Maybe come back on I-90 or I-80 but I-80 might be to far south.

Yeah, I had to come back on I-80 through IA, NE, and WY. Then I got back to the MT border and the typical 1.5 hour trip from Sheridan, WY took me 4 hours. White-out conditions and blowing snow....with the typical icepack had me down to 15-20 MPH. The last hill before dropping down into Billings claimed a few OTR trucks....they got stuck trying to climb it so we ended up waiting until they got chained up.

You guys think you have it rough? Well, let me tell you my sad little tale: Janet's had me out in the yard digging trenches to install more drip irrigation for all the new plants she decided she just had to have. C'mon, swinging a pick and digging with a shovel in 70 degree, sunny weather just beats anything you guys are going through for pure agony!

Default Spring is here!

Saw my 4th sign of spring today!
The lawn clipping container was in my driveway when I got home.
I don't know what's worse cold windy snowy days or hot muggy buggy days?

It's already 70 degrees here in my part of Texas ... and it's not even 6am yet! But I do wish that we could get some of the rain that the rest of y'all are getting. We've had an 18-month drought here.
